In 1992 & 1993 Comic Images released two sets of collector cards entitled Beyond Bizarre featuring artist Jim Warren's paintings. Jim's work has been best described as a cross between Salvador Dali and Norman Rockwell. I was ten years old when I bought my first pack of Beyond Bizarre cards and I fell in love with the stunningly haunting imagery. To this day surrealism remains my favorite style of art.
